NORDIC TRADE was founded in 1991 as a representation (nowadays an organizational branch of a foreign firm) of CHEMAPOL SCANDINAVIA AB. Its goal is market research and demand and sales coverage of Czech and Slovak companies. Seven years later, in July 1998, TRANSEUROPE CHEMICALS was founded by Chemapol Scandinavia and has ever since taken an active part in dealing in chemicals. TRANSEUROPE CHEMICALS trades in its name and on its account or acts as an agent on a commission basis.

Nordic Trade has been a member of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech republic since 1995, TransEurope Chemicals s.r.o. has been a member of Svaz chemických obchodníků a distributorů since 1999.

Since their foundation both firms have been audited by AUDIT PLUS.
